Job description
Universal Music Group is seeking a Director, People Business Partner to lead the PIC function for multiple business units. This role partners with senior management to drive organizational effectiveness, consulting on policy, staffing, compensation, employee relations, culture and development.
You will coach leaders, manage day-to-day HR activities, and align PIC practices with corporate goals while sustaining confidentiality and high professional standards across a global organization.
