Job description
National Fleet Management seeks an experienced HR & People Operations Manager to lead day-to-day HR and partner with senior leadership on HR initiatives and growth. This hands-on role requires ownership, accountability, and the ability to roll up sleeves when needed.
You’ll own onboarding, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, benefits, payroll support, and HRIS accuracy across a multi-state workforce, with occasional travel within North Carolina.
