Job description
DSV is seeking a Senior Manager HR to lead talent management, performance, leadership development, engagement, and compensation. Partner with site leaders to implement strategic HR initiatives and recruit for mid to lower level roles as required.
This role requires a Bachelor's in HR/Business, a Master’s preferred, 10+ years HR in transportation/logistics, and 5+ years in senior leadership. Hybrid role with ~30% travel; preferred locations include Denver, CO and several U.S. locations.
