Job description
Jam City in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to partner with leaders across the business and drive organizational and talent strategy. You will handle employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and ensure programs are compliant and effective.
This role reports to the Senior Director, People & Culture and requires the ability to work from the LA office five days a week.
