Jam City is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join our Los Angeles office. You will partner with senior leaders to drive talent strategy, employee relations, and workforce planning while ensuring programs stay compliant with U.S. and Canadian employment standards.
You will lead performance management cycles, development of leadership capabilities, and cross-functional initiatives, while aligning with the People & Culture roadmap and business needs.
