Strategic Solutions International is seeking a People Business Partner, Technology - Remote to partner with technology leadership in shaping workforce strategy and organizational transformation. Based in Eden Prairie, MN with remote options, you will act as a senior advisor on talent and leadership pipelines.
You will apply analytics and AI to workforce decisions, coach executives, and help strengthen leadership pipelines while guiding global matrix initiatives and technology-driven change.
