Job description
Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) seeks a Senior Manager, People Resolutions to lead the centralized investigations program and ensure equitable, compliant outcomes across the organization. You will oversee the team, triage employee relations concerns, and coordinate ownership between PBPs and resolution partners.
You will also train programs around workplace accommodations and partner with Legal, Labor Relations, and COEs to uphold policy, risk management, and VEG culture.
