Job description
Harver is seeking a Senior People Science Consultant to lead end-to-end consulting for a book of Tier 1 and 2 accounts. You will design and run validity studies, build ROTI narratives, and partner with Product & R&D to shape future solutions.
You will own account success from onboarding through live operation, translating evidence into client-facing recommendations and driving adoption of Harver solutions, with a focus on US-based and select international accounts.
