Job description
Harver is seeking a Senior People Science Consultant in the US to own end-to-end consulting for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, designing and running validity studies that translate assessment science into evidence clients can act on. You will move accounts through the ROTI journey, build narratives grounded in the Harver framework, and partner with Product & R&D to shape what we build next.
