Job description
Gusto, a leading HR tech company, seeks a Senior Software Engineer for the People Technology team to own PeopleOS, our AI-native internal HR platform, and related tools driving the People program ecosystem.
You will build, ship, and iteratively improve software used by Gusties for HR processes from recruitment to offboarding, collaborating closely with People Ops and engineering stakeholders.
