A leading consulting firm in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Recruiting Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will drive the analysis and optimization of PeopleSoft HCM Recruiting modules and lead cross-functional teams to ensure process excellence. You will manage configuration, provide strategic input, and support integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of recruiting processes and strong PeopleSoft experience. A bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience are required.
