Job description
Lilly seeks a Senior/Principal Scientist in Peptide Technical Services & Manufacturing Science to lead development, optimization, and tech transfer of peptide drug substance and drug product processes. In this role, you will design and scale robust, compliant manufacturing processes, support GMP operations, and drive process validation and continuous improvement across global sites. You will partner closely with R&D, quality, and operations to resolve complex technical issues, author regulatory and CMC documentation, and ensure reliable commercial supply.
