Job description

Hi, We’re Franki

Franki is a startup transforming how people discover and choose where to eat, drink, and explore. Our platform is built on video recommendations from a passionate community of creators and dining enthusiasts who help people find the best experiences in their area.

We’re a fast-moving, high-ownership team that values creativity and execution. The category is dynamic and fun, and we're building a brand that reflects that energy. If you're the kind of person who has strong ideas and makes them happen, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Franki is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition strategy across both sides of our marketplace. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving consumer app growth while building a predictable pipeline of merchant leads that fuel our sales organization.

As a fast-growing marketplace operating across multiple U.S. cities, we need a growth marketer who understands that success means balancing B2C mobile app acquisition with B2B demand generation. This isn't a campaign management role—we're looking for someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy, managing agency partners, and jumping directly into ad platforms to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns.

If you're passionate about growth marketing, love experimenting, and thrive in high-growth startup environments, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

Own Franki's paid acquisition strategy across both B2C consumer growth and B2B merchant acquisition.

Manage and optimize performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and emerging paid channels.

Lead external agency partners by setting goals, managing budgets, auditing campaign performance, and ensuring accountability.

Launch, test, and optimize campaigns directly within ad platforms when needed.

Drive consumer app installs, user acquisition, and in-app engagement while continuously improving customer acquisition costs.

Build and scale merchant lead generation programs that support Sales and improve lead quality and pipeline performance.

Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap across creative, landing pages, audiences, and campaign optimization.

Own marketing attribution, reporting, and performance dashboards across tools including AppsFlyer, GA4, GTM, and Salesforce.

Manage paid media budgets and optimize investment across lower-funnel acquisition and upper-funnel brand awareness initiatives.

Leverage AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency, accelerate testing, and scale creative production.

Partner closely with Product, Sales, Data, and Creative teams to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign performance.

You're a good fit if you have...

6+ years of performance marketing or growth marketing experience.

Experience managing both B2C mobile app acquisition and B2B lead generation programs.

Deep expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.

Hands-on experience scaling mobile apps with a strong understanding of AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork, Conversions API, and mobile attribution.

Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, GTM, Salesforce, and modern marketing analytics platforms.

Experience managing media agencies and holding partners accountable to aggressive performance goals.

A proven track record of improving CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership.

A highly execution-oriented mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do the work.

Bonus points if you have...

Experience working at a two-sided marketplace, consumer marketplace, or mobile-first startup.

Experience supporting Series A-C high-growth technology companies.

Experience managing annual multi-million dollar paid media budgets.

Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, growth loops, and lifecycle marketing.

Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to improve marketing workflows.

Agency experience or experience managing multiple agency partners.

Why Join Franki?

Own one of the company's most important growth functions and directly influence business performance.

Help scale a marketplace that's transforming how people discover restaurants while helping local businesses grow.

Move quickly, experiment often, and see the direct impact of your work.

Join a collaborative, ambitious team that values autonomy, creativity, and data-driven decision making.
