Job description
Klinedinst PC in California is seeking an attorney with 8 to 12 years of litigation experience, focused on personal injury defense and/or general liability. California-licensed candidates with strong academic credentials are preferred, and civil litigation background is a plus.
The successful candidate will handle cases independently, design discovery plans, take and defend depositions, manage document-intensive files, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for trial.
