Job description
Banner Health is seeking a capable Associate Director of Pharmacy Retail in Scottsdale to lead and oversee the operational activities of Retail Pharmacy Services. You will ensure compliance with policies, supervise staffing and develop programs in line with Banner Health’s strategic plan.
You will monitor drug therapy, participate in information systems planning, and foster collaboration across departments to optimize patient care and safety.
