Job description
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Senior Strategic Advisor to leverage deep pharmacy industry expertise to identify cost-of-care savings, develop revenue-generating programs, and lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
The role requires 5+ years in healthcare strategy or related fields (or a master's with 3+ years), cross-functional leadership, and a track record in reducing cost of care, generating revenue, and advancing pharmacy strategy with PBMs and partners.
