Job description
Tidewell Foundation, part of Empath Health, seeks a senior philanthropic leader to develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the Philanthropy Division and Full Life Care vision.
You will build annual and multi-year growth, represent the Foundation at community events, lead a 15+ member team, oversee resale and earned revenue, ensure compliance, and drive data-informed decision-making to sustain impact.
