Job description
Nokia is seeking a senior engineer to lead the design of high-speed Transmit and Receive components for optical network systems. You will work with cutting-edge SiGe BiCMOS processes to enable faster data transmission across data centers and telecommunications networks.
Responsibilities include architecting new Tx/Rx approaches, collaborating with R&D and product teams, and mentoring junior engineers to maintain a culture of technical excellence.
