Motion Physical Health Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation facility in Middletown, New York. Work Environment

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physician assistants, nurses, and medical professionals in our supportive workplace. Key Responsibilities
Oversee a caseload of approximately 7 patients daily, providing personalized treatment plans to address diverse rehabilitation needs.
Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's physical capabilities and limitations to create customized therapy plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility.
Implement a variety of hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Regularly update and modify patient therapy plans based on progress and evolving patient needs.
Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on strategic care initiatives to enhance patient recovery pathways.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The populations served at Motion Physical Health Therapy include individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological impairments. Our approach is compassionate and individualized, emphasizing holistic care that considers each patient's unique circumstances and goals. Qualifications
A valid Physical Therapist license issued by the New York State Board of Physical Therapy.
A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited program.
Two or more years of relevant clinical experience as a Physical Therapist is required.
Preferred Experience
A Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly preferred.
Experience working within a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility is advantageous.
Familiarity with EHR systems and rehabilitation technologies is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
