Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services in an assisted living, independent living, and memory care setting. You will screen, evaluate, and treat residents, develop treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning with an emphasis on quality, safety, and compliance with OBRA and state regulations.
