Senior PIP Litigation Attorney

Job description

Plymouth Rock Management Company of New Jersey seeks a full-time attorney with an insurance defense background to manage New Jersey and New York PIP litigation. The attorney will handle a mix of NJ PIP cases in Forthright and NJ Superior Court and NY PIP cases in AAA, conducting depositions, examinations, and arbitrations.

Strong organizational and independent work skills are required. The role includes virtual and in-person appearances, case management, and providing legal direction to Claims
