Job description
Hargrove and Associates, Inc. seeks a seasoned Lead Designer to supervise a team of designers and deliver complete mechanical and piping work scopes. You will guide technical direction, manage cost, schedule, and quality targets, and support on-site startup activities.
The ideal candidate has 20+ years in mechanical and piping drafting, proficiency with 2D AutoCAD and Microstation, and experience mentoring staff within a multi-disciplinary environment.
