Job description
KLA Industries is seeking an experienced Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its Westbury, NY legal team. The attorney will manage a caseload from intake through trial, representing plaintiffs in complex matters and handling all aspects of litigation with compassionate client service.
The role requires a JD, New York Bar admission, and 5+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience, with strong writing, research, and negotiation skills.
