Job description
NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND MID-ATLANTIC seeks a Planning, Design, and Construction Branch Head (PDCB) to lead a civil/architectural engineering team in ROICC Earle Office. You will direct the branch, develop staffing plans, and drive execution across design, construction, and project close-out with expert guidance.
The role requires senior leadership, extensive experience in engineering and architecture, and registration as PE or RA.
