Job description
Celltrion Branchburg, LLC is seeking an experienced leader to manage Frontline Plant Engineers (4-6) supporting commercial biomanufacturing utilities systems, driving productivity projects. The Leader will mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, QA, Validation and Maintenance, and ensure compliance with Celltrion procedures, safety, cGMP and regulatory requirements.
