Job description
A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Plant Manager or Operations Manager in the Town of Florida, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years in industrial or chemical manufacturing and proven leadership abilities with full budget accountability. Strong backgrounds in preventive/predictive maintenance and CAPEX project management are essential. Experience with thermal processing or rotary kilns will be advantageous.
