Job description
Kroger Family of Companies in Indiana seeks an experienced plant operations supervisor to lead production planning, safety, quality, and efficiency across the facility.
You will develop leaders, optimize processes, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality Principles while collaborating with sales, maintenance, and quality teams.
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in manufacturing, plus strong communication and analytical skills.
