Job description
Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Performance Engineer for the Polyurethanes Systems House site in Marietta, GA. You will drive safe, reliable, and profitable operations by applying leadership and continuous improvement to optimize plant performance.
You will analyze operational data, identify opportunities, validate results, and implement solutions that deliver measurable business value, while leading during unplanned events, commissioning, start-ups, and project handovers to Operations.
