Job description
Truist is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise platforms that improve software delivery, quality, security, and compliance at scale. You will write production-grade code, lead technical design, and embed policy-driven automation into execution.
The role requires deep autonomy, hands‑on contribution, and strong ownership to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant platform capabilities. In‑office work is required five days a week in the United States.
