Job description
Planet is seeking a platform-focused software engineer to design, build, and run large-scale imagery access and analysis services. You will work across Go, Python, Java, Postgres, and Kubernetes on major cloud platforms, with an emphasis on scalable, observable systems and AI-assisted development.
You will collaborate with product managers and engineers across Europe and North America, contribute code, perform reviews, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain reliability.
