We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to become the first hire dedicated to scaling our infrastructure and platform capabilities. This is a chance to own observability, security, and cloud operations at a fast-growing Healthtech SaaS that’s transforming how providers manage their revenue cycle.
As the first platform engineer, you’ll have real ownership: building the foundations of infrastructure, compliance, and developer productivity that the business will rely on as it scales.
What you’ll do:
Lead observability: own Datadog, ensuring systems are monitored, alerting, and self-healing.
AWS + Terraform: build and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure
Establish HIPAA + SOC 2 compliance foundations
Design CI/CD pipelines to accelerate safe deployments
Create dev/staging environments and data infra for product & analytics teams
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on experience owning observability systems (Datadog preferred)
AWS & Terraform expertise
Track record building CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2)
Experience building 0-1: you will be the first platform hire.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves building things the right way, and wants to make a defining impact at a growing company where infrastructure is mission critical.
