Job description
Box is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Entitlements and Billing based in Redwood City. You will own the entitlement and billing experiences from purchase to usage and reporting, unifying self‑serve and sales‑led journeys.
You’ll partner with Product, Build, GTM and finance teams to define customer experiences, data definitions, and admin reporting. The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and a customer‑obsessed mindset.
