Job description
Jobot is seeking a Lead Project Manager for ground-up multi-family developments in Manhattan and the Bronx. The role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, coordinating with design and construction teams, and ensuring execution on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing high-rise residential projects in NYC and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. Excellent compensation with bonus potential and a 401k plan are offered.
