Job description
CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide consulting services for aerospace, industrial, and logistics client accounts. Responsibilities include managing MEP infrastructure and tenant fit-outs for manufacturing, warehouse, and R&D facilities.
The role is hybrid onsite in Clearwater, FL with potential 10–20% travel to client facilities. You will lead project delivery from initiation through closeout, coordinating with clients on scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
