Job description
ETC Companies, LLC in the Chicago area seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale, tenant-occupied multifamily rehabs.You will manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, traveling across IL, MO, WI, OH as needed to drive projects to completion.
The role requires extensive PM experience in occupied residential projects, strong knowledge of mechanical systems, and proficiency with MS Project/Office tools. A related engineering/construction degree is a plus.
