LOTTE BIOLOGICS USA, LLC in East Syracuse, NY, is seeking a Director of the PMO to lead portfolio governance and ensure delivery excellence across client programs and internal initiatives.
The role partners with site leadership and global PMO, translating business priorities into governance frameworks, and guiding cross-functional teams in biopharma and CDMO programs.
Experience leading PMOs for complex biologics projects, strong financial acumen, and PMP certification are highly valued.
