Job description
Texas Capital Bank in Austin is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Middle Market. You will own the underwriting process, partner with Analysts and Relationship Managers, and drive portfolio performance from opportunity to close with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities include monitoring portfolio quality, leading portfolio reviews, and ensuring covenant compliance. Strong communication and client management will be essential in day-to-day interactions and Salesforce-based reporting.
