Job description
Newrez LLC in Coppell, TX seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead client relationship management for mortgage servicing, oversee strategy execution, and drive profitability for the organization.
You will manage 3rd party mortgage clients, oversee GSE forms and repurchase processes, and monitor monthly P&Ls while negotiating fee schedules and coordinating with Legal on Servicing Agreements. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills are required.
