Job description
RG&T Solutions is seeking a Portfolio Manager to manage asset-based and cash flow lending portfolios and strengthen client relationships. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers to understand client needs, screen credit risks, prepare memos, and lead credit analysis and portfolio management with Credit Analysts.
The role emphasizes maintaining high credit quality, timely stakeholder engagement, and mentoring junior staff, with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
