Job description
L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Power Supply Design Engineer in Rochester, NY to lead power-converter development for ruggedized radios and accessories. You will drive schematic capture, layout best practices, and validation planning across cross-functional teams.
Ideal candidates have strong DC-DC/AC-DC experience, hands-on simulation skills (LTSPICE, MATLAB), and the ability to mentor engineering staff while supporting government-mated programs requiring security clearance.
