Join us and be part of a company known for exceptional service, career growth, and transforming businesses and careers.Job DescriptionProspect and develop new business opportunities by promoting MP IT Talent as a Service nearshore IT staffing solutions to prospective clients.Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities by understanding market trends, client challenges, and talent acquisition needs.Deliver customized solution presentations alongside recruitment partners, demonstrating the value and capabilities of our nearshore staffing services.Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, margins, contractual terms, and service scope while ensuring profitable and sustainable client partnerships.Drive sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to contract execution and service handoff.Grow and retain existing client accounts by developing relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for expanded services.Maintain accurate CRM records, including client meetings, calls, pipeline activity, proposals, placements, and business development efforts.Partner closely with recruitment teams to align on client requirements, technical hiring profiles, and successful delivery of staffing engagements.Page Group USA is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.The Successful ApplicantA minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within IT staffing, professional services, or workforce solutions.Experience selling IT staffing solutions, with nearshore staffing experience across Latin America strongly preferred.Proven success in business development, client acquisition, and account growth.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage objections and close complex sales opportunities.Experience managing proposals and navigating consultative sales processes.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and executive stakeholders.A results-oriented mindset, combined with accountability, consistency, resilience, and strong self-management skills.Native-level English proficiency; Spanish language skills are highly desirable.What's on OfferGrowth and rewards: Clear career progression, leadership opportunities, competitive base salary, and uncapped performance-based incentives.Industry-leading training: Ongoing sales and market training to keep you ahead of industry trends and best practices.Advanced technology: Investment in AI, data, and technology that enables you to focus on building client relationships and generating revenue.Entrepreneurial culture: A high-performance environment where your results directly impact your success and career growth.Collaborative team environment: Work alongside experienced recruitment and sales professionals focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.The salary range for this role is $90k-$120k. This is the range we in good faith believe we would pay for this position at the time of posting. An employee's placement within the range will depend on factors including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, performance, geographic location, and business needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and sales incentives.
