UPMC Union Deposit Family and Internal Medicine in Harrisburg seeks a full-time Sr. Practice Manager to lead daily operations, staffing, and budgeting across multiple offices. The role requires on-site leadership during core hours with occasional early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays as needed.
Travel up to 25% within the Central PA region is expected. The manager will drive patient-centric processes, collaborate with several departments, and oversee renovations and new market opportunities
