Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Sr. Practice Manager to lead complex clinical programs, supervise staff, and drive patient access, provider productivity and operational efficiency across sites.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years health care experience, 2 years of management experience, and strong organizational and analytical skills; MBA or MHA and academic medical center experience preferred.
