Job description
GMCA, Inc. is seeking a Pre-Construction Estimator to oversee CSI divisions across commercial construction projects, including renovations. You will lead proposal development and coordinate cost analyses to win bids. Travel to site and client meetings may be required.
The role requires strong leadership, staffing oversight, and the ability to establish and maintain client relationships. A four-year degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience are required.
