Global organizations and regulated industries trust RRD to reduce complexity and drive audience connections across the entire customer journey.Location: Midtown Manhattan | New York, NYSchedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm with a 30-minute breakWork model: 4 days in office, 1 day remote initially. 3 days onsite following successful completion of probation and training.The Senior Presentation Associate serves as a dedicated, client-facing presentation specialist, partnering directly with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, visually compelling business materials. As the sole operator supporting the client, this individual must be highly self-motivated, professional, and confident in managing relationships while responding to fast-paced presentation and design requirements.The role is responsible for creating and enhancing polished corporate presentations, pitchbooks, branded documents, and data-driven visual content, ensuring consistency with corporate branding and identity standards. Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint, is essential, along with advanced desktop publishing and data presentation skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, and working knowledge of InDesign is highly desirable. The successful candidate will also support projects requiring mapping and geographic visualization using tools such as MapInfo, QGIS, or ArcGIS.We are seeking a customer-focused professional with exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience through professionalism, responsiveness, and high-quality work.Job duties:Utilize appropriate logs and tracking software for all presentation workThoroughly assess job requestsEnsure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecyclePerform work in presentation design, including, but not limited to creating pitch books materialsCreate, edit, and correct multiple document types to support the client's brandPerform intake and workflow coordination functionsUse established procedures, standards and formats to complete presentation requests to client satisfactionDemonstrate proficiency in using the equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functionsCommunicate with team members, leads, supervisors and clients on job or deadline concernsMeet contracted deadlines for service delivery to clientsPerform quality assurance on own work and the work of othersTroubleshoot basic software or hardware problemsFoster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with clientsAdhere to Williams Lea, RRD and client policiesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent3+ years' experience creating and editing branded PowerPoint presentations, preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environmentAdvanced skill in the use MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Adept with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents; specifically, Adobe PDF & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)Knowledge of mapping software (MapInfo, QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.)Strong attention to detailAble to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyMust have good organizational skillsMust be able to meet tight deadlinesAbility to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and informationAble to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policyAble to troubleshoot more complex or advanced tasks, equipment or software concerns on own; understands when to escalate a problem to a supervisory levelAbility to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlinesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to communicate with clients professionally (e-mail, phone, Microsoft Teams)Must be self-motivated with a positive attitudeProven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationshipsAdditional Information:The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $27.02 - $39.95 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
