Job description

Humana's CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Nurse Practitioner (VSP) to apply advanced clinical competencies in outpatient primary care settings. You will diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and provide preventive care under minimal supervision.

This 100% onsite role reports to the Associate Medical Director and supports patient health through collaborative care approaches. Requires NP license, 2+ years in outpatient primary care, and availability M-F.
