Job description

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Beaumont, TX seeks a physician to provide outpatient care with emphasis on continuity of care, preventive medicine and chronic disease management. You will maintain patient histories and medical records, and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.

The role reports to the Associate Medical Director and involves contributing to department strategy while handling moderately complex clinical decisions in an outpatient setting, including limited on-call duties.
