Conviva Senior Primary Care is hiring a physician focused on outpatient care, continuity of care, and disease prevention. Required qualifications include MD/DO from an accredited program, state licensure, and Board Certification in Family/Internal/Geriatric Medicine. 40 hours per week with competitive compensation.
