CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Texas is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team at Conviva/CenterWell Primary Care. This full-time role provides outpatient care to adult and geriatric patients in a collaborative setting, with a focus on value-based care.

You will work on-site at Brownsville and Harlingen clinics, report to the Associate Medical Director for the Rio Grande Valley, and benefit from a team-based care model, ample time with patients, and supportive culture.
