Job description
Conviva Senior Primary Care in Boerne, Texas, is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our full-time team onsite. You will provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult and geriatric patients, document thoroughly, and collaborate with specialists to optimize outcomes in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
The role requires MD/DO, active Texas license, and board certification in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine. TB screening is part of the selection process.
